Start With CrossFit 760

We have a clear and organized process for welcoming new members. Our staff members will always be there to greet you as you walk in the door and assist you throughout the class. We work to make sure that no members, or potential members, ever feel lost, intimidated or overwhelmed.




We have all new members go through our 12-class Fundamentals Program. This allows us to teach and familiarize individuals with the foundational movements of CrossFit, as well as what we do specifically at CrossFit 760 that makes us unique. As the program progresses, members will find themselves becoming more comfortable with the fundamentals, as well as learning some of the more technical movements, all while slowly increasing intensity and building a foundation for their fitness. During the four weeks, members will also learn about nutrition and how to properly fuel their bodies to maximize results.
