CROSSFIT IS A GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM FOUNDED ON THE CORE MOVEMENTS FOR LIFE AND IS SCALABLE FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND ABILITY LEVELS.

Workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements such as running, jumping, throwing, pushing, pulling and squatting. The effectiveness lies in that these movements are executed at a relatively high intensity. Backed by a community of individuals, the daily one-hour classes yield massive results.

CrossFit 760’s community has proved to be a primary reason for our success. We facilitate a positive environment full of supportive individuals and friendly competition that encourages members to push their limits, all while being instructed by one of our world-class coaches.

At CrossFit 760, we track our member’s progress by timing and scoring daily workouts. We then log that data in our system and reference it as needed to ensure our members are consistently seeing short and long-term results.  Tracking workouts in this fashion along with setting clear goals for performance are what keep our members motivated and accountable for their health and fitness.
