You’ll find no gym intimidation here, just a group of goal oriented, fitness-minded people ready to make your experience with us as rewarding as possible.
For those who are experienced athletes and have done CrossFit before at different gyms, we’re going to provide the environment for you to take your fitness to the next level. Mediocrity doesn’t exist here. We’re going to set goals and hold you to those goals so you can be successful. You will be pushed in all the ways you’re craving.
At CrossFit 760, every workout you do will be led by a professional coach and comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life and sports. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.
This is What You Can Expect the First Time You Join Us:
Sign up for a free Saturday pass or 1:1 coaching session (beginners).
Drop in for a free workout (experienced).
When you arrive to any of our locations, a coach will greet you and go over a few details to get you set up.
Group workout and introduction.
The CrossFit 760 coach will review the workout of the day and demonstrate all movements.
You have fun and work hard!
Hangout with the other members, talk with coaches as long as you like.
