3:58 PR -1:03 (previous 5:02, Mar 28 2012)
The 5:02 10 months ago, so had a long time to improve. Also, it was after 3×5 Press (plus accessory Ah-nold press & pull ups). Even so, I’ll take -1:03 any day.
